What is coated canvas?
JCIDEL sought out the finest quality of canvas blend and strength that not only looked and felt stunning, but also was tested to be weatherproof, tear resistant, perform brilliantly in various environments, adhere to color-transfer and special coatings, and age beautifully.
Coated Canvas has a range of benefits and is used by many designer brands on a number of their handbags. The application of a plastic coating ensures that the handbags made from Coated Canvas are lightweight and durable. Its’ scratch resistant property and waterproof nature makes for a very fine material.
How can I take care of my JCIDEL walking art piece?
Spray Anti-Bacterial Cleanse over affected area or onto a lint free cloth or sponge. Wipe over the Coated Canvas and repeat as necessary. You do not need to rub product in to the area for the anti-bacterial properties to work.
Caution: Keep product away from children. Possible irritation to skin and eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice.
Does JCIDEL provide lifetime warranty for its walking art pieces?
There is NO lifetime warranty on any JCIDEL walking art piece. However, JCIDEL will happily refurbish the bags for a cost, varying on how much work needs done.
What is sustainable leather?
JCIDEL meets the needs of the present without compromising the needs of the future generations. JCIDEL has partnered with Italian manufacturer whose practices aim to reduce the amount of energy, water, and chemicals used during production, as well as reducing the amount of solid waste, wastewater and air emissions.
The Italian leather tanneries are certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG) for its compliance with production of ecological quality leathers. The leathers are produced with the purpose to minimize their impact on the health and environment during the production phase, as well as in the recycling and disposal phases. The certification of the leather products further protects the environment and the health of people thanks to a series of tangible benefits: lower consumption of water during the various production phases; use of raw materials produced in a sustainable fashion; sound use of resources during the production or disposal phases; absence of harmful effects on the health and the environment because of the low of emissions; easy to recycle.
What is JCIDEL’s return & exchange policy?
JCIDEL is happy to accept returns of orders within 14 days from the delivery date of the purchased item. If items are received with defects, damages or stains, please contact JCIDEL at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888-404-9964 within 48 hours of receiving the item so that JCIDEL may issue an online credit.
JCIDEL requires photo or video proof of the defects, damages, and stains of the delivered item. JCIDEL will provide a return label for returned items. Outbound shipping fees from the original purchase are not refundable.
Once the item is received, JCIDEL will inspect the item and notify the customer if the claim for returns or exchanges is accepted or rejected.
If the claim for return is accepted, the customer must allow 3 to 5 business days from the date the item was received to apply a credit onto the customer’s JCIDEL online account.
What payment methods are accepted by JCIDEL?
JCIDEL accepts payments for purchases with a credit or charge card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. Diners Club®, JCB®, Discover®, ELO and China UnionPay.
Does JCIDEL ship internationally?
JCIDEL has partnered with DHL that provides international shipping services to over 220 countries around the world. DHL Standard and DHL Express shipping are complimentary with all orders.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) may apply for most international shipping.
DHL domestic shipping services are from 2 to 5 postal days or 3 to 8 postal days for ground.
DHL international transit times are from 3 to 10 business days.
Purchase orders placed by 3:00PM EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. Purchase orders placed after 3:00PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
